Order processing
Orders are processed once payment is received and verified via Cash App. Orders placed before payment is confirmed remain in a pending state and are not shipped until payment clears.
Shipping timeframe
Most paid orders ship within 2–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier handling.
Shipping regions & carriers
We currently ship within the United States via tracked courier services (such as USPS or UPS). All packages are discreetly packaged.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to carrier confirmation.
Refunds & returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If there is an issue with your order, reach out and we will work with you to make it right — typically through a replacement of damaged or incorrect items.
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet been paid or shipped can be cancelled by contacting us with your order number.
